Return & Exchange

We will happily exchange or refund any product that is defective, or that you return unopened in its original condition

You are free to return or exchange (to another size or color) any item. In the case of a return we will refund you the full value of the item. All returned items must be in their original conditions with tags still attached and sealed unbroken.

If you have any questions regarding returns please contact us for instructions as there isn't much point in returning hosiery that has been worn!

Use the form to return, exchange or cancel items from your order. Save the receipt we e-mail you - this is the ONLY document that contain the information needed to complete a return.
